The Team has landed!
After 11 hours in the air, the crew from Team All Africa Poker reached their final destination Melbourne, Australia. The city buzzing with excitement from the cricket, tennis and poker, there was no time to waste and we made our way straight to the Crown Casino. The poker room, which is called Las Vegas, is full even at midnight with players warming up in smaller events or trying to win a satellite into the Main Event. Andre “ Shuffle” Johnstone and Jarred “ Archer” Solomon are amongst those players – hope you have good news for us at the breakfast table boys! Later today Sandy, Ryan, Michael and Victoria head off to cover the Celebrity and Media Challenge as well as get everyone registered for the Main Event.
