The ladies are out in force
A record eight ladies are seated amongst the hordes of male poker players! The previous record of six has been happily surpassed and is a sure sign that not only are more ladies playing the game but also that they are real contenders at the highest levels.
Karin Hasseris is a consistent campaigner who has narrowly missed the money on four occasions! Martie Faber is of course the lady who has performed the best so far with her third place finish. Melanie Banfield is also a very strong player who has proved her poker prowess in many tournaments.
Maybe Janine or Karin or Madelize or Judi or Bronwyn or Mel or Martie or Carla will be the first lady to take home the coveted first place poker pigg.
