The games begin
Chester the puppet and his side-kick Conrad Koch started off proceedings with “Dealers, shuffle up and deal… or no deal” and a very serious jibe about Lee-Ann’s poker dress.
The atmosphere is festive with lots of banter as is to be expected with the many personalities. The beginners seem slightly overwhelmed but Lee-Ann uses her dress and some strong betting to take the first hand from Elana.
The ladies are dominating! Shelli NT from joburg.co.za, another newbie to the game, takes down a pot with her Aces.
