The Dadic vs The Rahme
All Africa has its characters and many of those characters come with their favourite hands. It is probably every players’ dream to have a hand named after him. The Doyle Brunson (10,2) is one of the most famous hands and hot on its trail is the Dadic and the Rahme.
The Rahme is from Ray Rahme who has an unsurpassed love for the starting hand of pocket sevens and plays it like it was AA. The Dadic is All Africa commentator’s, David Dadic, attempt at poker immortality. The pocket sixes send him into paroxysm of giddiness despite their inability to hold up under serious pressure.
Will Vorster was all-in and had the Rahme whilst Nicolas Zackhem had the Dadic. The Rahme squashed the Dadic.
Bennie Lingenfelder has just been eliminated in 25th place. Well played.
