The Big Boys are in the mix
Seated at the TV table is Steven Brown who was one of the best South African performers at this year’s WSOP and alongside him the inimitable Ilija Martinovic. Jarred Solomon who was the best South African performer at the 2010 WSOP with a final table finish and over $110,000 in winnings, has just taken his seat on Table One.
Table Two sees the first two-time winner Chris Convery playing his usual flawless game whilst one table way the only other man in the field to achieve multiple wins, Darren Kramer is plying his trade.
On table Six, previous winners Nic Zakhem and Gareth Kalil are on either side of Ryan Dreyer who is playing in his very first All Africa. You will all know “Rhino” from his commentary on the poker channel and multiple wins at most other major tournament in Southern Africa. He tops the Bluff player rankings with a slim lead over Dermot Sweeney and Jay Sookoo who are also in the field.
Ray Rahme and Ryan Eber complete the list of previous winners in the field.
