Sissou outdraws Johnstone
Nick Sissou started the hand when he raised with Q K offsuit. Andre Johnstone looked down at 8 8 and shipped. Both players were relatively short stacked and Sissou made the call knowing that he wasn’t ahead. With overcards however he was only marginally behind. There were 2,000 chips in front of him and if he lost the hand, that would have been all the ammunition for a fight back.
