Shuffle holds on with 301,000 chips
329 players remain, blinds are 3,000/6,000 with a 1,000 ante. One and a half hours to the next break and Andre Johnstone, better known online at Piggs Peak Poker as “Shuffle” has 301,000 chips. Not unlike Gus Hansen, Andre has been seen throughout the tournament making copious notes both on his own play and about those on his table. Gus Hansen, Mike Matasow and Phil Helmuth are the big names who remain. Mark Vos, born in South Africa and lived in Constantia, Cape Town until he was 17, now residing in Australia, is up to 960,000 chips. His life to date winnings have just exceeded US$1,100,000!
