Shaff shafted
Darryl Shaff has been eliminated in 77th place by Dominic Dass. Once again Q K gets outkicked by A Q when the Q appears on a paired board. Darryl picked up a straight draw on the turn but the river wasn’t forthcoming.
Mauro de Rose is coming home in 76th place. His AK all-in move seemed to be an inspired one when Brian Winterstein called him with A J. The Ace came on the river but the turn brought the case Jack to give Winterstein the hand.
Nersan Naidoo is out in 75th.
Chris Sham flopped a set of sixes to Dermot Sweeney’s two pairs, Jacks and eights. All the chips went in for a massive pot. The river did deliver (Jack) which left Sham quite visibly shocked and without any chips. He goes out in 74th place with a smaller full house.
