Sevens not lucky for Berman
Clive Berman made a call with A 9 suited against short stacked Deon Minnaar who pushed all in with Q Q. Minnaar doubled up and can breathe a sigh of relief for a while. Berman on the other hand is now the nervous short stack.
A few hands later Berman found 7 7 and tried to get his chips back. Frano Lottering who had A J decided that he could afford the hand. The flop and the turn gave Berman hope but the river destroyed his expectations when that dreaded Ace appeared.
Clive Berman has been eliminated in 23rd place.
