Some of the notable hands:
Jarred Solomon flopped a set of Jacks on an A J 10 flop to Frans Henning’s top pair top kicker with Big Slick. All the chips went into the middle. The Queen appeared to complete Henning’s hand and the river did even less for Solomon. Re-buy!
In an almost identical hand but with very different results, Bennie Lingenfelder flopped the straight with 7 10 on a 8 9 J flop and chose to slow play. The turn produced another eight allowing Mark Lifman into the hand with 8 5. The river paired the board filling Lifman’s boat.
Marco Farrel was also cruelly treated by the river when his turned straight was annihilated by the rivered flush of Clive Berman.
