Lottering makes a call
Hand 34: After a small pre-flop raise, BB Peter and button Eben see the flop: A 3 6. Peter bets 30k and is called.
Both checked the turn: 8. The river was a Jack.
Peter thought for about two minutes and finally put out a bet of 125k. Eben looked marginally tortured, counted out his chips, thought some more and eventually made the call showing 10 10 in the pocket.
Peter showed 5 2 for a busted gutshot straight draw! Nice call Eben.
Hand 35: Richard raises to 56k UTG and takes the blind and antes.
Hand 36: Richard gets a walk! The first walk of the night and it seems Richard Barnard’s aggressive attitude is paying dividends at just the right time.
