Lady luck is running
Darryl Shaff’s run has come to an end. In pretty much a forced all in with A J, he found the very patient Jonathan Voss waiting with A K and a willingness to relieve him of his chips. Darryl Shaff habded over his chips and left the room in 67th position.
Conversely, Nicola Cillie’s luck is rampant. When she went all in with K Q suited in diamonds she found Derek Hodson waiting with K K. The flop was of no help with only a Jack for a runner runner straight draw. The turn produced a ten to give her hope and at least have an open-ended straight draw. The river gave her a nine, a straight and a pretty big pot… Another suck out. Can she keep doing this?
