Kevin Stanley, with 4 6 off suit has just destroyed the pocket rockets of Stan Carruther. From facing certain elimination he hit both of his hole cards and increased his stack by over 100,000 chips.
In the very next hand he came up against Terry Brookes who had pocket eights. Making a loose call with K 9, it looked like he was going to double up Brookes but the cruel river brought the dreaded over card and Brookes ends his run in 22nd place.
