Did you know … behind the ESPN production
From 28th July, ESPN will be premiering the 2009 WSOP coverage. In producing this world renown poker footage, 28,000 pounds of tv equipment was used; 192 days were worked for the 2009 WSOP (4 May to11 November); 40 HD cameras are being used to film the WSOP; 26 Main Event hours will be aired – the highest number ever; an average of 15 hours per day were worked by the WSOP crew during the 12 days of the Main Event.
Shew, give me the All Africa Poker production any day! Michael Collet has spent some quality time chatting to the various camera crew operating staff behind the scenes and it's great to know that the challenges they face are so similar to ours! We unite with our poker production adventures.
