DAY 2 A – DARREN MILLER ELIMINATED
It was a bitter end to Darren Miller’s WSOP journey, with KK and 11,000 chips in front of him, he was all in with calls from QQ and AA. For once Aces held up to knock Darren out in a gut wrenching manner. Well done for going further than 2007 Darren, hope to see you at the tables again soon.
At time of posting, Mel Banfield was hanging in there with a small stack of around 14,000 – smiling and positive, she definitely was the most photogenic at this today's event. Oliver Berman is at a table with a huge chip leader, but the ever cool Berman wasn't letting this player get the better of him – we're watching closley. Neville Robbeson is building his stack progressively and had around 50,000 at this stage. Nik Rujevic was moved from his table early in the day and as yet we haven't been able to find him in the 1,200 strong field – we are hopeful that he is stretching his legs outside the tournament room and hasn't been elminated.
