Wessel Jacobs is the new Champion

Hand 180: Joe completes but Wessel raises again. Joe makes the call and we see a flop.

Flop: 5d 7s 6s – Joe immediately moves all-in and Wessel calls instantly

Wessel has A 7 for top pair top kicker and Joe 10s Js for a flush draw

Turn: 5c – Wessel was pleading with pacman (his card protector) to hold up

River: Kd

It’s all over! Joe could not complete his flush or hit any of his cards and is eliminated in second place winning R600,000.

Wessel Jacobs is the new All Africa Poker Champion and wins R 1,000,000.

Well done Wessel! A well-deserved victory.
