Roger De Charmony found J J and a willing caller in Eric Brand with the best hand that he could want to see, 10 10. No scares and De Charmony moves up to the average.
A few hands later, Brand raised from middle position and found a willing caller in Savvas Koushis. The flop was Ad 2s Jd which prompted Brand to bet out for 18k. Koushis raised to 36k and Brand re-raised by another 35k. Koushis moved all-in and was called to make a 300k pot. Koushis turned over Ad Qh and Brand Ac 2h for two pairs. The turn 4d gave Koushis even more outs and the river Qd completed most of them to eliminate Eric Brand in 35th position.
