What a roller coaster today turned out to be, but well worth it. On the second day of play at 9.00pm, Jarred Solomon prevailed victorious and won the first prize of $30, 380 as well as the Aussie Millions Tournament Ring. Jarred went into the heads up against Van Marx, with about a 280, 000 chip lead. After a couple knocks which gave us all a scare, Jarred followed his instincts and hung in there. It all came down to:
Van moved all-in with 8H 8C 6S 2S, Jarred called with QC 7C 4H 2D.
The Flop brought 10D 5C 7H, the turn 3H and Jarred’s winning card, the river 6H.
