Reigning AAPT champ Evern Van Niekerk has been supporting Ryan Eber, previous AAPT winner, and says he wont leave Ryan's side until he wins a pot. Evern is still upset that he was knocked out of the Main Event after his A10 was called by pocket 3's. Evern paired the board but his opponent rivered a set and sent Evern to the rail. ” I have had a bad run but have learnt a lot and had a jol”, says Evern. He adds,” I will definitely be back to the All Africa Poker Tournament to defend my title.”
