ALERT, ALERT, ALERT: AUSSIE MILLIONS MAIN EVENT
MELBOURNE Australia, January 13, 2007 – The largest and most anticipated day of the Aussie Millions Poker Championship, the ‘No Limit Holdem Main Event’ will be launched by Australia’s King of Spin, Shane Warne, who will also play in the event tomorrow – Sunday January 14 at 12.30pm in the Crown Poker Room.
Warne will be accompanied by World Poker Champions Joe Hachem and Howard Lederer, American Pie Starlet Shannon Elizabeth and Tennis Ace Mark Philippoussis who will all be playing and competing in the $10,500 No Limit Holdem Main Event. Over 700 players all vying for a slice of the expected AUD$8 Million plus prize pool which will include a guaranteed first prize of AUD$1 Million are expected in tomorrow’s ‘No Limit Holdem Main Event’.
