Ilja Martinovic has proved to be a non-starter this morning. He got bullied off a hand by Ray Rahme a little earlier and was left very short stacked. When he saw an A Q he moved all in only to find the dreaded pocket rockets in the eager hands of Mark Andrews.

At the same table, Samsung competition winner, Jorge Herrmann made a strong play and forced a fold from a reluctant Darren Chandler. Samsung is sponsoring the final table and the top lady finisher with handsets. The winner will also take home the magnificent Omnia.
And in what is proving to be an action table, Marco Farrell who has been surprisingly quiet so far, has been eliminated by the unstoppable Mark Andrews. In a combination of Farrell’s favourite hand, his pocket sevens could not improve against Andrew’s pocket nines. Out in 112th.
